Buying cars

Do you like to buy cars? Isn't it the most frustrating interaction between two humans. Here is my most recent adventure. I sign up with Costco Auto  program. I get a dealer in Montana. I call, wheel and deal and settle on a price. Negotiations over, right. Clarify several times the price! Reinforce the concept of the deal being completed, finished. Drive up....oops sales manager decides maybe not such a good deal....another $1000. to seal the deal... So after a brief lunch with a friend....in my son's car (nice 24 hour bonding) and back to UTAH. Yep 500+ miles, no deal....just another example of why I HATE TO BUY CARS...
Hmmmmm........gee if I pay taxes (check), my taxes were used to bail out GM( check)...DOESN'T THE SALES MANAGER WORK FOR ME!!!!!
